The massive movement vocabulary
-Geocentric model mean that the earth is the center of the universe.
-Ptolemy was the one who thought of this theory .
-Heliocentric model mean that the sun is the center of the universe.
-Nicolaus Copernicus was the one who thought of that theory.
Rotation is the motion of the earth spins on its axis. A imaginary line in the central of earth that called Axis. Polaris is important because is always in the north it's doesn't move. The tilt of the earth's axis is 23.5 degree. Equator is the line around the earth that 50 degree. They have two hemispheres Northern and Southern. the earth take 24 hours a day to rotate on its axis one complete time.
There have 24 time zones in the world. They divided in longitude. The international date line changing the calendar clays. Greenwich mean time the town where time beging green wich mean time.
Revolution is when the earth elliptical orbit around the sun. It takes like 365 days or 1 year for the earth to revolove 1 time around the sun.
The difference between aphelion is far from the sun and perihelion is near to the sun.
There are four seasons, spring, autumn, winter and summer. The seasons are caused by tilt and revolution. The seasons at the equator are always hot because the sun hit at the equator.
Winter solstice means less sunlight in the whole night. It happens on December 21 or 22. Summer solstice mean more sunlight. It happens on June 21 or 22. Equinox means when the earth has the same amount of day and night, 12 hours. The Vernal equinox happens on March 21/22 and the autumnal equinox happens on September 21/22.
The phase of the moon means different shape of the moon. It takes 27.3 days for the moon to revolve around the earth. The moon gets light from the sun. The difference between waxing and waning the moon getting bigger and waning, the moon getting smaller.
Lunar eclipse mean when the moon moves behind the earth into the shadow. The phase of the moon is full moon. Umbra is the shadow inside and the penumbra is the shadow outside.

Just about plate tectonics
Plate tectonics is a large pieces of land. In other word plate tectonics is when lithosphere is broken into other part. One of a plate called pangea that have 225 million years ago.(mean all land). I agree with that theory because everyTimes some natural disaster happened and the plate tectonics started to move.
Evidence one: continental drift is a separate pieces of puzzles putting together like a continent. Alfred Weneger was a scientific who thought of that theory. One pieces of evidence continent combined together and separated in seven continents. (Fossil, mountains, desert)
Evidence two: Flooding is the normally dry when overflowing of the water onto the land. The cause was abundance of rainfall in a area. Saturated mean filled with something. Some other natural disasters related to flooding are Tsunami,Hurricanes.
In my opinion I think people can prevent a lot of natural disaster for example hurricane people can quickly evacuate from a safe places.
6) What did you enjoy most about this project and why?
R- I enjoy in the lab because I learned new experiences.
7) what was most challenging for you during this project and why?
R- The most challenging part for me in this project was memorizing because everything I done have too get tested.
8) What new skills did you learn from doing this project?
R- I learned that cinder cone volcanic cone made up of rock particles, dust,and ash.
9) If there anything that you could have done to improve any of your work? Explain.
R- One thing I would like to improve in my work are included more vocabulary because that would help me more.
10) what would you change about this project?
R- I would like to change no more tested. ..
